Lotek is a food of ethnic Sundanese, West Java, Indonesia. Made of fresh fruits that are generally still half-baked, for example, mango, guava, kedondong, yam and others who served with peanut sauce and add in the chili sauce so the food is spicy, sour, and sweet and fit in eating at noon.
